EOOD, OOD, AD and sole trader registration with the Registry Agency — including the choice of legal form, the documents, and VAT registration.

Setting up a company is the first step of a business, and it is worth getting the structure right at the outset. The legal form determines who is liable for what, how profits are taken out, and how easily the company can later take on partners or investment.
We handle the whole process — advising on the form, preparing the documents, filing with the Registry Agency and following the procedure through to the entry.

Before anything is filed we advise on which form suits the business: EOOD or OOD for most small and medium companies, AD for larger structures and investment projects, ET for sole traders, and SD or KD for particular partnerships. Non-profit associations and foundations are also available where the activity is not commercial.
We prepare the full documentary file and see the registration through, then handle the changes that inevitably follow as the business develops.
Registration is the beginning rather than the end. Most clients continue with employment contracts, commercial agreements and ongoing advice as the business grows.
